Delete your AppCreator account
This page explains how to delete your AppCreator account and the data linked to it. It applies to the AppCreator Studio app and to the web dashboard — they are the same account.
From inside the app
Open AppCreator Studio, tap the account icon at the top right to open Your profile, scroll to the bottom and choose Delete my account. Before you confirm, the app lists exactly what will be affected.
From the web dashboard
Sign in at app.appcreator.me, open My account and choose Delete my account.
If you cannot access either
Write to admin@appcreator.me from the email address of the account and ask us to delete it. You do not need to reinstall the app.
What gets deleted
Your account, your name, your email address, your sign-in credentials, your linked social accounts and your open sessions. Your personal workspaces and the apps inside them are closed with the account. If you are the only owner of a shared organization, it is handed over to another member instead of being destroyed.
What we keep
Only the billing records we are required to keep by law, with the personal details reduced to the minimum. Nothing else.
How long it takes
Access is cut off immediately. The deletion becomes final 30 days later, and until then a link we email you can bring the account back. After that date there is no way back.
Your published websites stop being online when the deletion becomes final. Your own domains will keep pointing here until you change their DNS: that part is yours to do.
